01

Who sells Runline

Runline is a digital product sold by an individual based in Brazil, using the trade name "Runline" ("Runline", "I", "me", "we").

Contact for anything on this page, including refunds and privacy requests: runlineshorts@outlook.com. I read and answer every message myself, usually within 2 business days.

02

Terms of sale and use

Short version: you pay once and get a personal license to use the factory and the lessons. Don't resell or share them. Base works with ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, and every Base lesson can be followed on their free versions. The MAX factory runs in Claude Code and needs a paid Claude plan.

What you're buying

  • Runline Base ($29, paid once): the Runline Factory app (works with the free versions of ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude), 7 step-by-step modules, the Fact and Story formats, the retention rules, and email support.
  • Runline MAX ($99, paid once): everything in Base, plus the full factory (it runs in Claude Code, which needs a paid Claude plan that is not included), all 6 formats, 5 extra modules, the Nightshift, Shield and Signal add-ons, the full tool stack, priority support and factory updates.
  • Upgrade from Base to MAX: you pay only the difference, currently $70.
  • Add-ons: short lesson packs sold separately in the members area (Nightshift, Shield, Signal, Fleet, Native, Episodes, Soundtrack and Scribe), from $5 to $17 each, paid once. Nightshift, Shield and Signal are also sold on the sales page, and they're included in MAX. Each one is a personal license, like the rest of Runline.

Launch prices: until November 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM New York time, Base costs $29, MAX $99 and the Base-to-MAX upgrade $70. From then on, Base costs $39, MAX $149 and the upgrade $110. A price change never affects a purchase you've already made.

Prices are set in US dollars. Hotmart's checkout may show and charge the price in your local currency, converted at its own rate, and it shows the final total before you pay. Your bank or card issuer may add currency conversion or international purchase fees, which I don't control. Payments are processed by Hotmart, a third-party payment platform, on its own secure checkout page: it shows the final total before you pay (including any tax or fee it adds for your country or payment method), your receipt comes from Hotmart, and your card statement may show HOTMART.

Access and delivery

  • Right after payment, the welcome page lets you choose your password (it first asks for the email you used at checkout, so only the buyer can do it) and takes you into the members area. You also get an email with a link to choose it, in case you close that page. If you already have an account, the purchase is added to it and you just log in. Access starts right away.
  • Some modules unlock gradually during your first 9 days (day 1 is the day you buy). The schedule is shown in the members area.
  • Access lasts for as long as Runline operates the members area. If I ever shut it down, I'll give at least 30 days' notice by email so you can download the files you've bought.
  • "Updates" in MAX means improvements I choose to make to the factory. It doesn't mean any specific feature or a fixed release schedule.

What you need to run it

  • A computer (Windows 10 or 11, or a Mac with macOS 14 Sonoma or newer) and an internet connection. If you only have a phone, Module 1 shows a phone-only path.
  • An account on at least one AI assistant: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google) or Claude (Anthropic). You pick the one you prefer.
  • Free accounts on the stock media sites the lessons use.

Base: a paid AI plan is optional. Every Base lesson can be followed on the free versions. Paid plans only give you more room, like higher daily limits or faster answers, if you want that.

MAX: the full factory needs a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher) to run in Claude Code. You pay it to Anthropic, it is not included in the Runline price, and Anthropic sets and can change its price.

These AI assistants and media sites are separate services with their own terms. Their free versions have usage limits that the companies set and can change at any time. Runline doesn't include them and isn't responsible if they change prices, limits, features or availability.

Your license

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the factory, lessons and tools for your own channels and projects, including commercial ones. You may not:

  • resell, share, give away or publish the factory, lessons, prompts or tools, in whole or in part;
  • share your login or let other people use your account;
  • use the materials to build a competing course or product.

The Shorts you make with the factory are yours.

Your account

Keep your password private. If I see clear signs of account sharing, resale or abuse of these terms, I can suspend or close the account. Before doing that, I'll email you and give you a chance to explain, unless the abuse is serious or illegal.

03

Refund policy

Short version: if Runline isn't for you, ask within 7 days of buying, by email or in Hotmart, and you get the full amount back. You don't need to give a reason.

How it works

  1. Within 7 calendar days of your purchase, either email runlineshorts@outlook.com from the email you used at checkout, with the subject "Refund", or request the refund in Hotmart (your purchases in your Hotmart account, or the link in Hotmart's purchase email).
  2. I confirm by email and issue the refund within 2 business days (a request made in Hotmart is approved there, in the same time).
  3. The money goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
  4. Your access to what was refunded ends when the refund is issued. Anything else you bought stays in your account, except an upgrade bought on top of a refunded Base (see Upgrades below).

Details

  • Upgrades: an upgrade from Base to MAX can be refunded within 7 days of the upgrade. You go back to Base and get the difference you paid. Refunding Base also ends an upgrade bought on top of it (the upgrade only works together with Base), so in that case the upgrade is refunded too.
  • Paid twice by mistake: if you buy something you already own, I refund that payment within 2 business days, without you having to ask. If you already own Base and buy MAX at the full price, I refund it and send you the upgrade link, so you only pay the difference.
  • Add-ons: the same 7-day refund applies to each add-on you buy separately.
  • After 7 days: purchases are final, unless the law where you live gives you more rights. If something is broken and I can't fix it, I'll refund you anyway.
  • Brazilian customers: this matches your right of withdrawal under Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC).
  • Chargebacks: please email me before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund through me is faster, and I'll never refuse a valid request.

Privacy policy

Short version: I collect only what I need to sell you the product, support you and, if you allow it, measure our ads. I never sell your data. You can ask me to see or delete it at any time.

This policy follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and, for visitors from Europe and the US, the GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA. I'm the data controller. Contact: runlineshorts@outlook.com.

Card and bank details go straight to the payment provider. I never see or store them.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run Runline: the payment platform (Hotmart, which takes your payment details on its own checkout and receives the name, email and country you give there; Hotmart handles that checkout and payment data under its own terms and privacy policy, which it shows at checkout), the website host (Cloudflare), the login and account database (Supabase), the email service that sends your login link (Resend) and, for measuring Runline's own ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, as described in Advertising and measurement. Each one only gets the data it needs. Some of them are outside Brazil (for example, in the United States). When that happens, I rely on the safeguards the LGPD and GDPR allow for international transfers. I don't sell or rent your data. The only data shared for advertising is that ad measurement with Meta and TikTok, which you can turn off at any time.

Marketing emails

  • Only if you say yes. In the members area you're asked once, with a box that is never ticked in advance ("Get new tools and tips by email?"), and the Marketing emails switch in Account changes it at any time. Not answering, or "No thanks", means no.
  • What you get: new tools, tips and launches from Runline, about 2 emails a month, always sent as Runline. If I ever want to email you about another brand, I'll ask you first, separately.
  • Leaving: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or turn off Marketing emails in Account. Emails about your purchase and access are always sent, because they're part of the service.
  • What's kept, and for how long: your email and each choice you make (yes or no), with the exact text shown, the date and your country, as proof that you said yes and when. You stay on the list until you unsubscribe. After that the record of your choices is kept, so you're never emailed by mistake and I can show your choice was respected; ask me and I'll delete it.

How long I keep it

  • Account and progress data: while your account is active, then 6 months after it's closed.
  • Purchase and tax records: as long as tax law requires (usually 5 years in Brazil).
  • Support messages: 2 years.
  • Marketing list: until you unsubscribe; the record of your choice (proof of consent) stays after that unless you ask me to delete it.
  • Ad measurement: Meta's cookies (_fbp, _fbc) last 90 days in your browser, TikTok's (_ttp, _tt_enable_cookie, ttcsid) up to 13 months, and our copy of a TikTok ad's click ID (rl_ttclid) 30 days. The cookie IDs, IP address and browser kept with a checkout on our server are deleted as soon as the purchase has been reported (within minutes of paying), and after about 3 days at the latest, also for a checkout that isn't paid. Meta and TikTok keep what they receive under their own privacy policies.
  • Checkouts: the record of each tap on a buy button (which button, which account, if you were logged in) is deleted after about 3 days if it isn't paid (about 7 days if you were logged in), and after about 30 days once it is paid (the purchase itself is kept with the purchase records above).

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to confirm what data I hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, move it to another service, or withdraw consent for marketing emails or ad measurement. Just email me and I'll answer within 15 days. Brazilian customers can also file a complaint with the ANPD, and European customers with their local data protection authority.

US privacy rights (California and other states)

  • Shared for advertising in the last 12 months: only with Meta and TikTok (advertising platforms), for measuring Runline's ads, which US privacy laws call "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising: identifiers (your email as a one-way hash, IP address, browser, Meta's and TikTok's cookie IDs and the click ID of a TikTok ad), internet activity on the sales page and this page (pages viewed, buy buttons tapped) and commercial information (the item and price of a purchase). This data comes from you and your browser. Nothing is sold for money. The other services in "Who else sees it" only handle data for me, to run Runline, except Hotmart, which also uses your checkout and payment data for its own purposes (for example fraud checks, receipts and your Hotmart account) under its own privacy policy.
  • Your rights: to know what I collect, use and share (and get a copy), to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information: tap "Do not sell or share my personal information" at the bottom of the sales page or this page, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email me. The only sensitive information I hold is your members-area login (the password is stored hashed), and it's used only to log you in.
  • No discrimination: using any of these rights never changes your price, your access or the service you get.
  • How to ask: email runlineshorts@outlook.com, ideally from the email you used at checkout. I may ask for a detail of your purchase to confirm it's you, so nobody else gets your data. Someone you authorize (an authorized agent) can also ask for you, with your written permission. I answer within 15 days, as above.

Children

Runline is for people 18 and over. I don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you think a minor has bought access, email me and I'll delete the account and refund the purchase.

Cookies and local storage

Short version: the site stores what it needs to keep you logged in and the site safe, open your members area quickly and remember your light or dark mode. On the sales page and this page only, Meta's and TikTok's pixels measure our ads: only after you accept where the law asks for that first, never in a browser that's logged in to the members area, and you can turn them off anytime in "Cookie settings" at the bottom of those pages. The members area and the lessons never have advertising trackers.
NameWhat it doesType
rl_sessionA secure cookie that proves you're logged in, so your lessons and videos open. It expires on its own after about an hour and is renewed while you use the site.Essential (cookie)
rl_claimSet when you tap a buy button: a random code (nothing personal in it) that links this browser to that checkout, so right after you pay, the welcome page can open your new account (it first asks for the email you used at checkout). Only sent to our server, never readable by the page. 6 hours, deleted once your password is set.Essential (cookie)
__cf_bm, cf_clearanceSet by Cloudflare, the website host, when its bot protection is on: they tell people apart from bots and block attacks (cf_clearance only after you pass a security check). They only work on this site and expire on their own, usually after 30 minutes.Essential (cookie, Cloudflare)
sb-…-auth-tokenKeeps your members area login between visitsEssential (stays in your browser)
rl-cacheRemembers your email and account ID, plan, add-ons, purchase date and finished lessons so your members area opens instantly. It's refreshed on every visit and deleted when you log out. It never decides what you can open: that is always checked on our server.Convenience (stays in your browser)
rl-outOnly if you log out while Runline can't be reached (for example, offline): it reminds this browser to finish the logout on your next visit, then it's deleted.Essential (stays in your browser)
rl-themeRemembers light or dark modePreference (stays in your browser)
rl_adsYour ad measurement choice (on or off), so the checkout knows whether a purchase may be measured. It ends with your choice (180 days after you made it); where measurement is on by default, 180 days after your last visit.Essential (cookie: the choice itself)
rl-consentYour answer in the cookie banner or "Cookie settings", when you gave it and whether your country asks first, so you're not asked on every visit. Asked again after 180 days.Essential (stays in your browser: the choice itself)
_fbp, _fbcSet by the Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram) on the sales page and this page only: they let Meta tell which of our ads led to a visit or a purchase (_fbc only when you arrive from an ad). 90 days.Advertising (cookie, Meta). Only with your consent where the law requires it first (EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil); elsewhere until you turn it off
_ttpSet by the TikTok Pixel on the sales page and this page only: it lets TikTok tell which of our ads led to a visit or a purchase. Up to 13 months.Advertising (cookie, TikTok). Only with your consent where the law requires it first (EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil); elsewhere until you turn it off
_tt_enable_cookie, ttcsid, ttcsid_…Also set by the TikTok Pixel on the sales page and this page only: whether TikTok's cookies work in this browser, and an ID for the current visit (with the pixel's ID in its name). Up to 13 months.Advertising (cookie, TikTok). Same consent rules as _ttp
rl_ttclidOnly when you arrive from a TikTok ad and ad measurement is on: that ad's click ID, so a purchase can be credited to the ad. 30 days.Advertising (cookie, ours, for TikTok). Same consent rules as _ttp
rl-y:…Remembers how far down a members area page you were, so Back takes you to the same spot. Deleted when you close the tab.Convenience (this tab only)
rl-welcome, rl-welcome-hm, rl-paid, rl-claimRight after a purchase: the payment you just made (its checkout ID, or Hotmart's transaction code), the email you typed on the welcome page and the email of your account, so the welcome page can carry on after a reload, the members area shows what you bought and knows which account your new password is for. rl-paid is deleted as soon as the members area reads it, rl-welcome and rl-welcome-hm when the members area takes over and rl-claim when your password is saved. None of them is used for more than a day, and all are deleted when you close the tab.Essential (this tab only)

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address when your browser loads them. Everything else, including the code libraries, is served from Runline's own site, except Meta's and TikTok's pixels on the sales page and this page (below).

Advertising and measurement

Runline advertises on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. To know which ads work, the sales page and this page use the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, and our server tells Meta and TikTok about purchases through Meta's Conversions API and TikTok's Events API. The members area, the welcome page and the lessons never load the pixels, and neither do the sales page and this page in a browser that's logged in to the members area. A purchase made from any page is reported to Meta and TikTok by our server only if ad measurement is on in that browser.

  • What is shared with Meta and TikTok: the pages you view on the sales page and this page, the buy buttons you tap (the item and its price) and, when you buy, the purchase value and item, your email as a one-way hash (they can match it, but never receive the address itself), your IP address and browser, and their cookie IDs (Meta's _fbp, _fbc; TikTok's _ttp and, if you came from a TikTok ad, its click ID). Meta may link this to a Facebook or Instagram account, and TikTok to a TikTok account, to measure and improve our ads, under their own privacy policies.
  • Legal basis: in the EU, the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Brazil, only with your consent: nothing is loaded from Meta or TikTok before you tap "Accept" on the cookie banner. Elsewhere (for example, in the US) it's on by default and you can opt out at any time. In some US states this counts as "sharing" for advertising; a browser's Global Privacy Control signal is treated as that opt-out, in every country and even over an earlier "Accept", on every page and at checkout ("Cookie settings" then says "Opt-out request honored").
  • How to change it: "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the sales page and this page (and, where it applies, "Do not sell or share my personal information"). Turning it off stops it at once and deletes Meta's and TikTok's cookies from this site. A purchase is only measured if it was on in your browser at checkout: then the cookie IDs, IP address and browser are kept with that checkout on our server so it can send them, and they're deleted once it has (see How long I keep it).

You can also clear all of this at any time in your browser settings.

06

Earnings disclaimer

Short version: Runline is a tool and a set of lessons. It's not a business opportunity or a promise of income. Most people who start a channel make little or no money at first.
  • Any numbers on this site (views, retention, results from my test channel) are my own results, shown as examples. They're not typical and not a prediction of what you'll get.
  • Your results depend on your effort, your topics, consistency, timing and decisions made by YouTube and other platforms, none of which I control.
  • Earning money from YouTube depends on meeting the YouTube Partner Program requirements, which YouTube can change at any time. Many channels never reach them.
  • Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
07

Your content and platform rules

Short version: you're the publisher of every Short you post. Follow the platforms' rules and only use media you have the right to use.
  • You're responsible for everything you publish, including titles, voice, music, images and footage.
  • Follow the terms of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and any other platform you post on, including their rules on reused content, AI-generated content disclosure, and spam.
  • Only use stock media under licenses that allow your use, and keep the credits the license asks for. The lessons show free sources, but checking each license is your job.
  • Don't use the factory to make content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that copies other creators' videos.
  • If a platform removes a video, gives a strike, or closes or demonetizes a channel, that's a decision by the platform. Runline isn't responsible for it.
08

Third parties and trademarks

Runline is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, TikTok, Meta or any other company named on this site.

YouTube and YouTube Shorts are trademarks of Google LLC. Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. TikTok, Instagram and other names belong to their owners. They're mentioned only to describe what the product works with.

Links to other websites and tools are for convenience. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content, prices or privacy practices. If a link is ever an affiliate link that earns me a commission, it will be clearly marked as one.

The Runline name, logo, website, lessons, prompts and factory code are owned by Runline and protected by copyright.

09

Warranty and liability

I work hard to keep the factory working, and I'll help you fix problems by email. But software depends on things outside my control (the AI assistants, your computer, third-party services), so the product is provided "as is". I can't guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors.

To the extent the law allows, Runline's total liability for any claim about the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost earnings, lost data, or channel strikes or closures.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived under the law of your country, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

10

Law, disputes and changes

  • Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you're a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and keep the protections of your local law.
  • Disputes: please email me first. Almost every problem can be solved in a couple of messages.
  • Changes: I may update this page as the product grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version. Changes never take away rights for a purchase you've already made. For important changes, I'll email active customers.
  • Language: this page is written in English. If it's translated, the English version is the reference.
